    I really enjoyed this celebration and was, as far as I could tell, the only non-Greek there, though made to feel very welcome. I did a rough head-count at one point and got to just over 250 people...about 10% of the island's permanent population. Symi's people have such a rich culture that even the very young (watch the videos!) actively participate in. An excellent evening with great music and dancing.

    Sorry if the photos are a bit blurred...I mucked up thecamera settings slightly and most of them were unusable.
