Villa Eleni is the first house in the harbour with panoramic and uninterupted views all over the harbour and beyond to Nimos and Turkey.
It is in the Pitini/Paralia area, about 200 metres from the main road linking the Harbour with the Upper Town and is only a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars.
The house is located in a unique position only a couple of metres away from the sea with direct swimming possible from the terrace in front of the house.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people in two separate apartments sleeping up to 4 people each.
Each apartment can be rented separately and consists of:
large lounge with a sofa and dining-table two mousandra double bedrooms fully-equipped kitchen luxurious bathroom with shower private balcony with panoramic views of the harbour inner courtyard private outdoor terrace with sunbeds
Villa Eleni is a traditional Symi house and will be available to rent in the early summer of 2008.
It is currently being completely-renovated to the highest standards. More photos will appear here very shortly.
