The News of Symi
Welcome to The News of Symi, an English language newspaper aiming to give an impartial and rounded view in English of what is happening in this small corner of Greece using a professional, informative and non-patronising style of journalism that, in the English language, Symi has been waiting for.
The electronic version of the newspaper is available free online and in colour. Each month we publish the newspaper in .PDF format which you can download and read on your computer screen.
The News of Symi is published by the Municipal Cultural Centre and produced by SymiGreece.com, a not-for-profit website for Symi that receives no money for producing this paper. Despite it being a Municipal publication, The News of Symi is an independent newspaper; its content and appearance are decided by the editors, without any influence from the Municipality.
