Today, the Women's Association of Symi started a new course in painting aiming at both children and adults. As you can see from the following photos, the first children's lesson was very well-received and the paintings were really good!

The lessons (by Ian Haycox) take place at the Panormitio Conference Centre in Horio every Suturday (15:30-17:30 for children and 18:00-20:00 for adults), are open to all and the cost depends on the number of participants. For example, today there were 8 childrem and each paid 8 Euros so that the Women's Association can cover the cost of the instructor (Ian Haycox is getting paid 40 Euros for every 2-hour lesson) and there is also 3 Euros per participant for the Women's Association.
