A mini tornado hit Symi this morning. A big thank you to Mr Ioannis Karagianis, the first officer of "Symi II" who took the photos and sent them to SymiGreece.
SymiGreece apologises for puting a very prominent copyright notice across the photos, but this is because of a big daily Rhodes newspaper using SymiGreece photos without permission. Until this is resolved, SymiGreece regrets that it has to do this on all major photos published online. The SG watermark will be removed after a few days.

It was quite bad and I was told that some fishermen were very close to it, but everyone is safe and well.

Oh My goodness, all those rooms in the hotels would have lots of rain come in through those wide gaps under the doors. Christos, I thought these pics cant be copied now??
